Microsoft Word is the most widely used office software across the world, to create documents that can be shared. It may happen that sometimes in Word the user comes across problems such as an
overlapping of letters in a document. This problem persists even when the
document is printed. The solution to this
overlapping of letters issue can be tackled in two ways. In the first instance, one needs to close applications like
Outlook before accessing Word. The other solution is to make changes in the
settings of Print Background that can be accessed through the menu option.
