Pictures taken from Skype can't be found

Where does Skype store all the pictures ?

Issue

I took a picture of one of my contacts during a video conversation on Skype and can't find it.

Solution

Photos taken with Skype are stored in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Skype Pictures\
