Samsung Galaxy Ace - process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher

Issue

When I try to go to the home menu of my Samsung Galaxy Ac, a message appears saying this:

"the application samsung home processus com.sec.android.app.twlauncher has shut down unexpectedly..."

What can be done?

Solution

Here below is a solution to the problem, but bear in mind that all your data will disappear (your contacts, applications ...).

There are codes for Samsung phones to handle this issue. These are code are to be dialed as a normal phone number.

• From idle screen dailed: *2767*3855#
• You'll need to confirm the deletion of your data.
• The phone will restarts and the problem shall be solved.
