Facebook: The new "Offers" feature for business pages

Facebook offers a new feature called "Offers" opened to brands managing a business page on the social network. This module allows administrators to publish promotional offers in particular publication format on their pages, and this service is available for both "physical" shops and e-commerce sites to promote their offers.

This new feature enables brands to distribute, via their Facebook page, promotional offers (discounts, promotional sales, etc.). valid online or in store, in a specific publication format, that is to say, different from traditional "shared links" or "promoted status" for more attractiveness.

Three ad formats for the promotional offers are available:
  • Offers available "in store only": with the ability to illustrate the offer (vignette), choose a title, set the expiration date and the add terms and conditions or a barcode.
  • Offers available "in stores and online" or "online only" with the ability to add a URL pointing to the offer.
  • The first use of the Facebook "Offers" is free and then you are being charged as follows: the amount to be paid depends on the target audience (number of people) that the administrator of the page wants to achieve: he can set a budget (configurable via the ads Manager).
  • Learn more: Facebook Offers
