Sony Bravia TV - Channels can't be indexed

Issue

I have a Bravia KDL 32S5550 TV that was running fine, but since yesterday the channels are not being indexed normally. The first channel starts at the 800th position.

Solution

To solve this issue, go to: Menu> settings> settings> autostart

• Set your language and location settings.

If you want to avoid unexpected re-allocation of channels, cancel the auto update:

• Menu> Settings> Control> Digital Setting> Technical Configuration> Auto Update service> choose "NO".
