Unable to use a Logitech Quickcam Messenger under Windows 7
Issue
I'm unable to run my Logitech Quickcam Messenger Windows 7. What can be done?
Solution
- Download the qc848enu.exe on Logitech website.
- Rename file as qc848enu.rar.
- Open it with Winrar software.
- Extract the Drivers folder.
- Go into the Device Manager windows.
- Select the unknown device.
- Do an update of drivers ,manually selecting the driver.
