To enable or disable the encryption file system in Windows 11, 10, 8, 7:

Open the Run window, and press the Windows + R keys to open it.

Type fsutil behavior set disableencryption 1 and press Enter to disable the encryption file system.

Type fsutil behavior set disableencryption 0 and press Enter to enable the encryption file system.
