[TurboBT] Set the maximum number of simultaneous download threads

To set the maximum number of allowed simultaneous download under TurboBT:

• Click on the Option menu > Preference
• Increase/decrease the value next to "Max simultaneous download thread" to your convenience.

• Click on OK to validate.
