[Nintendo DSi]Error code: 052010-1

Issue

When I try to connect my Nintendo DS to my wireless network it displays this error message:
Can not get an IP address. Check the settings of the access point. For assistance, visit support.nintendo.com. Error code: 052010-1

Solution

• Connect to your router and go to the tab Configuration > Wi-Fi settings
• Simply add the MAc address of your DSI console to the list of allowed devices.
