Mozilla Thunderbird - Backup your settings

Manual backup
To save the contents of the address book, mail accounts, account settings or plugins installed, just save the following folder:
Under Windows XP:
- C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Thunderbird
Under Windows Vista/7:
- C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird
- User: the username of the current session.
To restore the configuration, copy this entire folder to the same location.
