[Firefox] Get rid of the "I'll be careful.... " warning

Each time you want to access the about:config window, the "I'll be careful, I'll promise" is displayed.

• To disable this notification:
• Simply look for the following entry in the about:config window and set its value to "False"

• general.warnOnAboutConfig
