iPhone - How to restore a missing App Store icon?

Issue

I've accidentally deleted the AppStore application from my iPhone. I have tried to reset the home screen layout but it didn't work. How do I get my AppStore icon back?

Solution

From idle screen, go to:

• Settings > General > Restrictions, and enter your passcode,
• On the next page you'll see a list of Icons with On or Off options next to them.
• Select the AppStore icon, turn it ON
