Insert special characters in Word





t may be useful to insert special characters in Word, and it's not just letters but also symbols, icons (eg phone).

Double click on the Word icon on the desktop or the Start menu, All Programs

Type your name, address, zip code and city and then go to the line and then go to the Insert menu
then click on Special Characters


The following window appears:
1 - Choose the menu Dand the Wingdings
2 - Select the phone
3 - Click on insert then close


You return to your Word document
The phone is inserted in the document to a space and then type the number
