Outlook - Group conversation threads
It is possible to group messages by conversation. You can choose to activate this function folder by folder.
- In the menu bar, open the View menu, select Current View and click Customize Current View.
- In the Display Settings window, click Group By, select Messaging from the dropdown menu.
- Choose by Ascending or Descending according to your preferences to then validate it by clicking on OK .
