DelFix developed by Xplode, will remove various tools used during an eventual disinfection.

The complete list of tools supported by DelFix is available at the end of this article.

DelFix is compatible with XP, Vista, 7 and 8 (32 or 64 bit).

Features

Reactivate the UAC :

This option (unchecked by default) allows the reactivation of the user account control (only for Vista, W7 and W8)

Remove disinfection tools :

This feature (enabled by default) allows the removal of cleaning tools used during the disinfection.

Perform a backup of the registry :

Option (unchecked by default) to back up the registry with ERUNT (the backup is stored under% windir% \ ERUNT \ DelFix).

Purge System Restore :

Option (unchecked by default) to delete all restore points and create a new one. If System Restore is disabled, it will be activated.

Resetting the system settings :

The tool displays (if enabled) file extensions known.

Then click on Run and then wait while the removal process.

The report will be saved to the clipboard.
