[Windows XP]Disable tooltips
To disable tooltips given by Windows follow these simple steps:
- Click on Start > Run > type regedit
- Expand the following key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
- Create a new (DWORD) value and name it as: EnableBalloonTips
- Give it the value: 0x00000000
- Close registry and restart your PC.
