This was a wonderful experience after my hard drive had gone on my laptop and nothing was saved. Letters, photographs all gone. When l discovered l couldn't use my printer l emailed Cannon and within 24 hrs they had emailed me back.They directed me to this site to download the instructions and advised it was free. I love my Cannon printer.
