My eCentral is a complete productivity tool. It includes a web browser that integrates into Internet Explorer. The browser offers you a pop-up blocker, a customizable calendar with photos, audio and video functions, a diary, an organizer, an address book and allows quick access to the desktop. The software is a shareware version which expires after 30 days of use.
