A very useful tool for viewing or editing scanned documents (faxes, business papers, etc.).

does this editor work associate with .tiff per user or per machine, we are using document imaging and hate to always have to re-associate everytime a new user logs in

Convenient to extract pages - output filenames can include variables.

It says free, but it is really a trial based program with limitations unless you buy the full version.
