DelayedExec is a program allowing to organize and to launch applications at Windows startup. By default, all these applications run at the same time and therefore they disorderly use memory and CPU. It goes without saying that your machine will take time to start up.
DelayedExec is more than indispensable not only to set priorities and time between each application but also to delay the startup of the programs so they can take advantage of your computer performance in turn. This program is configurable and can save your system resource.
