As its name suggests, Barcode Maker is a program for creating bar codes, especially code 39. It is fully standalone and can create barcodes in accordance with your specific needs. For that, you only have to enter your text and specify your own settings such as height, number, orientation, etc so that the program does the rest. Once finished, the result can be saved as a BMP format for future use. Finally, it also has an easy print function with which you can preview what will be the final image.
