The Concept of a Management Chart

A management chart is a comprehensive graphic representation of a set of indicators that give a manager all the elements needed to make decisions visually and quickly.

Considering its strategic value, a management chart must be simple while at the same time clear and concise.

The goal of the management chart is to display an activity that is out of the ordinary. To do this, the management chart usually includes pictograms and colours that allow you to easily spot the problem.
