wcescomm.exe (wcescomm stands for Windows CE Synchronisation and Communication Manager) is a process which corresponds to the software ActiveSync, used for synchronising PDAs (which use the Pocket PC operating system) with a desktop machine.
It is an application which may be terminated, though ending it may cause data synchronisation to fail.
