The process agentsvr.exe (agentsvr stands for Microsoft Agent Server) is a generic process in Windows NT/2000/XP which gives programmers an ActiveX control that helps them add multimedia elements to the applications they develop.

The process agentsvr is not in any way a virus, a worm, a Trojan horse, spyware, or adware.

It is a system process which can be terminated.
