Introduction to TCO

TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) represents the total cost of a computer system, not only taking into account the material aspect (computers, network infrastructures, etc.) and software (cost of licenses), but also all hidden costs such as maintenance, training of users and administrators, development, and technical support.
