SCART plug

A SCART plug (short for Syndicat des Constructeurs d'Appareils Radiorécepteurs et Téléviseurs, French for "Television and Radio Manufacturers' Union") is a 21-pin audio/video cord for connecting video devices (including TVs, videotape and DVD players, and game consoles) to one another.

The SCART plug is used for sending analog video and audio signals (in stereo) through a multi-wire cable.
